This design and build contract was completed in 2010.  The brief was to construct a new pavilion to replace the original built in 1897, which had to be taken down due to subsidence.  Great care was taken to create the same pitch of roof, details to the porch at the front and window openings with folding shutters for viewing the cricket ground from inside. The new pavilion was enlarged using single storey zinc roofed side & rear extensions to bring it into the 21^st century and to accommodate a thriving cricket club.
